When you return to the simple, pure sense of "I," without adding "am," that is the expression of THAT, or the Oneness, knowing that "I." That "I" is no other "I" to any other "I." That "I" is the "Iness" in all others. That "I" is before subject and object: knowing no race, gender, religion, nationality; no past, no future; neither good nor bad; neither god nor not-god; neither accepts nor does not accept. This "I" is without qualities. The "I" arises as a spaciousness, a consciousness, that goes nowhere, comes from nowhere. The "I" witnesses by Its presence that we are One. Yet, we can ask, Who observes that "I"? Is it the One looking at Its Oneness, the One looking at One? Is it arising from the Oneness and, so, seen by the Oneness? Is THAT both the "I" seen and the One seeing? Possibly, this is the point at which questions cease, for there are no more questions or answers. Can we rest in this quiet unknowing, gladly, trustingly?

You, THAT is Enough (AREM .)
What do you need to do to be you?
Nothing
Why think I must do this I must do that
You do but You are You
Drop "must do" and freely and naturally
express THAT you are THAT cannot be improved
If you think this is not practical
you only show how you do not trust Life
You are not practical you need not be practical you need not be impractical
Do not even intend to be yourself You are You, and THAT is enough
